4-Bromoaniline can be used as a starting material for the preparation of Chemical intermediates such as 4-bromophenyl azide 4-bromonitrosobenzene N-(4-bromophenyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide [4] and ethyl 4-(4-(4-methylphenylsulfonamido)phenyl)butanoate.

General Description
4-Bromoaniline is a compound where an aniline molecule is substituted with a bromine atom. Commercially available this compound may be used as a building block e.g. in the preparation of p-bromobiphenyl via the Gomberg-Bachmann reaction.
