Diethyl Ether Anhydrous Acs 99% Min Stab. With Bht

Application
Diethyl ether has been used as a solvent for the preparation of 3-formyl-2255-tetramethyl-1-oxy-pyrroline from 3-(N-methoxy-N-methylcarbamoyl)-2255-tetramethyl-1-oxy-pyrroline using DIBAL.

Purpose
For R&D use onlynot for drug household or other uses.

General Description
Diethyl ether is a highly volatile and flammable organic solvent. On storing for a long time DEE can form organic peroxides which can be suppressed by adding butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) as a stabilizer. BHT scavenges the free radicals required for the peroxide formation.
