Gabexate Mesylate is a serine protease inhibitor. Gabexate Mesylate inhibits trypsin plasmin plasma kallikrein and thrombin. Gabexate Mesylate inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced tumor necrosis factor- (TNF-) production through nuclear factor-B and activator protein-1 activation.
