Quinidine has been used as an inhibitor of cytochrome P450 enzyme isoform CYP2D6 as a potassium (K) channel blocker in microglia to test its effect on electrophysiological behaviour of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) cardiomyocytes
