Description
Application
(R)--Aminobenzenepropanoic Acid is used in the synthesis of dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitors based upon -homophenylalanine. Also used in the synthesis of endomorphin-1 analogues which contain -amino acids. These analogues are believed to be the most potent endogenous ligand of -opiod receptors.
