Description
Application
tert-Butyl bromoacetate has been used in the synthesis of nitrilotriacetic acid end-functionalized polystyrene by atom transfer radical polymerization building block for substituted t-butyl acetates dihydropyranyl prelinker which is useful in polymer-assisted deprotection of oligosacchararides collagenase inhibitor (SSR)-(-)-actinonin[4] It is the starting reagent for the synthesis of N-Oxalylglycine derivatives.
Purpose
For R&D use onlynot for drug household or other uses.
General Description
tert-Butyl bromoacetate serves as building blocks during the synthesis of modelN-substituted oligoglycines (peptoids) containing anN-linked lactoside side-chain
