Description
Application
It is widely applied as a solvent disinfectant cleaning agent and in the manufacture of acetone pharmaceuticals cosmetics and as a rubbing alcohol for medical and household uses.
Purpose
Its primary purpose is to serve as a versatile secondary alcohol for extraction dissolution of oils and resins sterilization and as a reaction intermediate that readily oxidizes to acetone.
