Description
Application
It is mainly used as a non-ionic surfactant and emulsifying agent in pharmaceutical cosmetic food and industrial formulations. It can be incorporated into creams lotions emulsions ointments and other products where oil and water components need to be mixed and stabilized.
Purpose
Its primary purpose is to reduce interfacial tension between oil and water and promote the formation and stabilization of emulsions.
General Description
