Used mainly as an acidifying agent and chemical intermediate in food industrial and laboratory processes.
General Description
Colorless liquid with a strong vinegar-like odor. Weak organic acid. Miscible with water in all proportions. Corrosive in concentrated form (glacial acetic acid).
