GalNAc-NH Resin (N-acetylgalactosamine) is used as a solid support for the synthesis of GalNAc-conjugated oligonucleotides peptides and other biomolecules particularly for targeted drug delivery applications.

Its purpose is to introduce an N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) ligand at the terminus of a biomolecule enabling targeted delivery to hepatocytes through binding to the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) expressed on liver cells.

GalNAc-NH Resin (N-acetylgalactosamine) is a functionalized solid-phase synthesis resin in which an N-acetylgalactosamine moiety is immobilized through an amino linker allowing the efficient preparation of GalNAc-conjugated biomolecules during automated or manual solid-phase synthesis.
