General Description
N-Butyl chloroformate (C5H11O2Cl) is an organic compound with the structure of a chloroformate ester where a butyl group is attached to the oxygen atom of the formate. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a pungent odor often used in chemical synthesis.
