This venture allows us to significantly expand our product portfolio and further strengthen our position as a leading supplier of high-quality chemicals in European and MEA Market. neoFroxx GmbH will serve as the exclusive distribution partner in Germany, Europe, and selected international markets. Through this distribution setup, we offer our customers enhanced access to a comprehensive range of innovative research chemicals. Supported by the extensive expertise and network of Dr. Wolfgang Sipos, Dr. Markus Frasch and Mr. Lorenz Maeussler will drive the company’s strategic direction forward. Current Board has appointed Mr. Lorenz Maeussler, the CEO of PureSynth Research Chemicals GmbH.
