Application
13-Bis(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-methylisothiourea is used to prepare bis(amidinoaryl)furans as antifungal and antituberculosis agents. It is also used to prepare 17 estradiol linked NN-bis-(2-chloroethyl)aniline derivatives as DNA binding agents with antitumor activities.
