General Description
Epinastine has antihistamine functions. In mast cells it may modulate cytokine and chemokine production.[3]In dendritic cells it controls T helper cell mediated immune response.[4]Epinastine hydrochloride does not traverse the brain barrier.[1]Oral dosage of epinastine hydrochloride is prescribed for children with sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) and nasal inflammation.
