Application

Purpose
Its primary purpose is pH adjustment corrosion inhibition and as a precursor for phosphates in fertilizers food processing and industrial chemicals.
General Description
Orthophosphoric acid (HPO) is a colorless odorless viscous liquid or white crystalline solid (pure form). It is highly soluble in water has a density of about 1.88 gcm melting point around 42C and acts as a tribasic acid.
