Description
Recommended products
1-Bromo-3-Chloro-5-Fluorobenzene 98.0%(GC)
Application
D-Alanine has been used as an amine donor for -transaminase mediated (R)-amination as a substrate for the treatment of D-amino acid oxidase (DAAO )-transfected cells to measure the heat capacity of L-alanine single crystal.
Purpose
For R&D use onlynot for drug household or other uses.
General Description
Alanine (abbreviated as Ala or A encoded by the codons GCU GCC GCA and GCG) is an -amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It contains an -amino group (which is in the protonated NH3 form under biological conditions) an -carboxylic acid group (which is in the deprotonated COO form under biological conditions) and a side chain methyl group classifying it as a nonpolar (at physiological pH) aliphatic amino acid. It is non-essential in humans meaning the body can synthesize it.
