Description
Recommended products
Dl-Alpha-Methoxyphenylacetic Acid 98.0%(GC)
Application
L-Glutathione (GSH) reduced has been used in the elution buffer to elute GST (glutathioneS-transferase)-fused proteins using glutathione-agarose beads.[1][2]It has been used to prepare a standard curve for GSH analyses. May be used at 5-10 mM to elute glutathione S-transferase (GST) from glutathione agarose.
Purpose
For R&D use onlynot for drug household or other uses.
General Description
Glutathione may decrease the concentrations of inflammatory cytokines (IL-6 IL-18) neutrophils in lung tissue and increase the level of serum Ca2 and be useful for the treatment of ANP. Glutathione production is regulated via distinct pathways in stressed and non-stressed cortical neurons.
