Description
Recommended products
Tetrakis(4-Aminophenyl)Methane 95.0%(HPLC)
Application
-Naphthoflavone has been used as aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist to elucidate its effect on Cyp1A1 expression in embryos of transgenic cytochrome P450 1A1 (cyp1a) reporter zebrafish.
Purpose
For R&D use onlynot for drug household or other uses.
General Description
beta-Naphthoflavone also known as 56-benzoflavone is a potent agonist of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor and as such is an inducer of such detoxification enzymes as cytochromes P450 (CYPs) and uridine 5-diphospho-glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs). -Naphthoflavone is a putative chemopreventive agent.
